                                            Albie the "beautiful" duckling

The Albie photo was taken, by me, at a special pond on Cape Cod. Amazing he is like the fairytale of the ugly duckling- different, yet so beautiful- I love this photo! My personal myth personified-or "duckified". It was so amazing to see him, and I wonder where his now? However and "why-ever" he is different is a mystery -as nature has it's own designs in place, beyond our understanding...look, see, listen to nature to discover many secrets.

I hope you enjoy seeing the "Albie- beautiful duckling" photo.
Maybe this photo of him will give you a new perspective, bring you a smile if you are ever feeling down or feeling like an ugly duckling...like you lost your tribe, a fish out of water, bird with no flock. Albie is indeed different: wouldn't you think he is also- so amazing and beautiful? adding to the kaleidoscope like tapestry of existence? and so, I feel, we should we think of ourselves and.... others who march to the beat of their own: drum....rhythm, perceptions, feelings, creations... Albie is unique and designed by nature, in its own mysterious ways of creation. Maybe Albie showed up to show that time has come to honor and celebrate our uniqueness... celebrate our uniqueness and support and connect to one another in new ways, especially now in these times...we need to make way for the ducklings!

It is my wish that Albie inspires you to take out your instrument (gathering dust in the closet, maybe?),  gather up some crayons and doodle to hearts content,  cook that special recipe (you've been wanting to try), daydream, write a freestyle poem, draw on your sidewalk with colorful chalk, build a sandcastle, turn up the music and dance, or dig up the garden to plant new seeds, and watch as your day and life will bloom into a beautiful "Soulflower" garden.

  Copley Hotel Boston Nov 2004
Oddly enough I got a "last minute" pass to Copley Election Night 04- when my neighbor a Boston rapper, John Green, of 5Starmag  got ill and could not use his silver circle pass! John wrote the song "Throw Your B's Up" for the Red Sox winning the Series and it was at a performance at the Orpheum that someone just handed him these passes.

I had great time most of the night, until the votes were counted.....I met James Taylor and always appreciate and never forget all the shows he did all year to try to rock the vote, and for taking time & trying to console me after Ohio came in at Copley. JT site here
